What is a Pairing Code?

A pairing code is a code required when an employee uses the Shiftable APP to obtain their company's employee ID card.

The pairing code will be generated by the system and is only required during the process of obtaining your Employee ID.

Who can generate a Pairing Code?

Only a Company Admin(or someone with admin access) can generate Pairing Codes for employees to use.

How to generate a Pairing Code?

1. Company Administrator logs into Shiftable Control Center.
2. Employee/User Management Interface
   1. If New Employee — Create New Account
   2. If Existing Employee - Select the Employee/User
3. Select “Generate Pairing Code”
4. Provide the Pairing Code to the Employee/User
