About Employee ID

「What is the Purpose of Employee ID?

• Shiftable uses Employee ID to help Users to distinguish between different work groups from different Organizations.
• This structure will cater to the usage needs of an employee who is simultaneously working in different companies.

What happens if there are no Employee IDs?

Employees without an employee ID card are unable to access the functions of the Shiftable APP, such as the attendance clock-in feature, etc..

How to obtain your Employee ID?

1. After an employee obtains their Shiftable Account.

2. Download the Shiftable APP and login.

3. At the Select Group interface, please enter the Pairing Code* provided to you by your Company.

   *The pairing code must be provided by the organization manager. For the method of providing it, please refer to the description of "About the pairing code" below

   

4. After Confirmation, you will obtain your Employee ID for that Company.

   

What to do after you receive your Employee ID?

1. After logging into Shiftable, please select the corresponding Employee ID

2. In the same section, you will be able to select the Work Groups you have been assigned.

3. After selecting the Work Group, you will be able to operate all work functions needed.  Please refer to Image
