The common alert messages require additional setup to resolve

Alert 1: No internet connection

When you see this error message prompted, please check the following

1. Is the device under Flight Mode? please go to the Settings and turn it off
2. Is the signal too weak or no signal (Including Wi-Fi)?
   1. If yes, please move around physically to see if it improves or
   2. Force the device to reconnect again by turning on the Flight Mode and then turn it off
   3. Force the device to reconnect to Wi-Fi again by turning it off and turn it back on

Alert 2: GPS is turned off

Type 1

When you see this alert message, please turn on the GPS function followed by the steps below.

1. go to Settings

2. tap Privacy & Security

3. turn on Location Services (as image)

   

Alert 3: GPS Permission

When you see this alert message, please turn on the GPS permission by the steps below.
