the Time Zone feature would help when Workgroups are located in a different time zone than the Workgroup leader. It would not alter the original Check-In/ Out timestamps, it overwrites the display time on the App base on the applied time zone.
Time zone helps the user reads the report without a time difference. All timestamps will follow Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), no matter what time zone the App user set, the timestamps will not be affected.
when a Workgroup set UTC+10 and a member works at UTC+8 region; when the member Check-In at 9 AM, the time will be overwritten at 11 AM due to UTC+10 setup in the Workgroup.
